In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "jon4d" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://jon4d.bio, including all sub-pages, products, and services offered therein.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You " refers to any individual who has registered an account on jon4d and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Member on jon4d, through which all gaming, financial, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money IDR funds held in a Member's jon4d Account, excluding any bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Credits or winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by jon4d to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "IDR" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole transaction currency on the jon4d platform.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of jon4d is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and maintain an active Account on jon4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jon4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from jon4d or any other gaming platform through a formal self-exclusion program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of jon4d, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless written permission has been granted by jon4d management.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing jon4d from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including but not limited to jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by national law.

To access jon4d's services, you are required to create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on jon4d. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account ownership: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds, bonuses, or winnings held therein to any third party.
• KYC documentation: jon4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID (KTP), passport, or driver's license, accompanied by proof of address and payment method ownership where required.
• Contact details: You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. jon4d will use the email address and phone number on file to communicate account notices, security alerts, and promotional information. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in missed security notifications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your jon4d Account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• jon4d strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your Account. This feature is available in the Account Security settings.
• All activities conducted through your Account are deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether they were actually carried out by you or by a third party who gained access through your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jon4d immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jon4d will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

All deposits on jon4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jon4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jon4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or payments via credit card.
• jon4d reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or OVO account showing your registered name) as part of the KYC process.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are flagged by jon4d's fraud detection systems may be held pending investigation. jon4d will notify you via your registered email address in such cases.
• jon4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes of transfer, contact support with your transfer receipt.

jon4d's withdrawal target is under five minutes for verified accounts. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your Account tier and any applicable daily or weekly limits disclosed in your Account dashboard.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own legal name and verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Same-method policy: jon4d generally processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallet configurations), jon4d will process to a verified bank account in your name.
• Bonus balance: Funds derived from Bonus Credits that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. The withdrawable balance in your Account dashboard excludes locked bonus amounts.
• Processing delays: While jon4d targets sub-5-minute withdrawal processing, processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. jon4d will notify you of any delay via live chat or email.
• Withdrawal fees: jon4d charges no platform fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond jon4d's control and are your responsibility.

jon4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: jon4d's standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 8× the bonus amount unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Wagering must be completed within 14 days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets generally contribute 100%. Certain high-RTP slots or table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at jon4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. jon4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion where misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse: Hedging bets, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, exploiting glitches, or any other strategy designed to abuse bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Expiry: Unused bonus credits that remain after the wagering deadline will be removed from the Account automatically without compensation.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on jon4d:

• Game rules: Each game on the jon4d platform is governed by its own rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
• Settled bets: All bets and game rounds are final once settled by the system. jon4d does not reverse or re-open settled game rounds except where a verifiable technical error is identified by our technical team.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, jon4d reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Member's Account. jon4d is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical error beyond the refund of the original stake.
• Sportsbook rules: All sports bets are governed by jon4d's Sportsbook Rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Markets are offered on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and other sports as listed on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet, as displayed within the game or sportsbook interface. These limits may vary by game category and Member tier.
• Insufficient funds: Bets cannot be placed if the Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. jon4d does not extend credit under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jon4d platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate Account activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or tournaments.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform software. Any Member who discovers such an error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or that are proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jon4d staff or other Members via any communication channel.

jon4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by jon4d.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Account registration by a person under 21 years of age.
• At the Member's own written request for self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure.
• Prolonged Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more).

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining after deducting any outstanding Bonus Credits subject to wagering requirements will be refunded to your last verified payment method within 14 business days. Winnings or balances derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, game assets, and user interface elements on the jon4d Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of jon4d or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming. In all circumstances where jon4d is found liable, jon4d's maximum aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jon4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the jon4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law and the terms of jon4d's international gaming license.
